These terms govern your use of Diet Bite Life, an AI-assisted nutrition and wellness service operated by Q9 Labs.

Wellness information

Diet Bite Life provides educational wellness information, estimates, and planning tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a substitute for a qualified clinician. Nutrition values, image recognition, voice transcription, and AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before relying on them.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from the app at any time.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use it to harm another person. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the product improves. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Ownership

Diet Bite Life software, branding, and original content belong to Q9 Labs or its licensors. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Diet Bite Life and Q9 Labs are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
