Permanent account and data deletion

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to Diet Bite Life.
  2. Open More.
  3. Under Account, choose Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

The app signs you out after deletion completes.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your Diet Bite Life account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your authentication account and user-owned profile, plans, meal and grocery records, scans, health-sync records, AI interactions, notifications, and active sessions are deleted from the active product database.

What may be retained

We do not configure an additional active-data retention period after deletion. Residual encrypted copies may remain in service-provider backups until their normal backup cycle expires. They are isolated from active use and are not used to continue or recreate a user profile.
